6 Months!

On Saturday Olivia turned 6 months old! She is getting to be very active, always moving her arms and her legs.  Our little turkey is now waking up at night again, which isn't the most welcome change.  The doctor said it could be due to all the motor development that is going on, or that she is having some separation anxiety.  We are hoping she will be sleeping through the night again soon!  She's in the 50th percentile for weight and 5th percentile for height.  Girly is gonna be short like her mommy and daddy :)

She has tried a few different foods.  We haven't found any she doesn't like, but she seems especially fond of bananas.  She still hates tummy time, so she's a little behind on rolling from front to back, but she stands really well and can sit up on her own for a short time.  Her favorite things are laughing and playing with toys.  She loves when we act goofy!  This month she got to stay in a beach house with Daddy's side of the family, have a labor day BBQ and went to her first baseball game.

She's doing great standing! Notice those leg "muscles" :)

Olivia smiled at all of the nurses while we were at the doctor.  They all thought it was sweet how she would look over my shoulder as I was carrying her and smile at her daddy.  She's such a happy girl (except when she is tired or hungry) and we are having so much fun watching her grow!
