4 Months!

On Sunday Olivia turned 4 months old!  She usually sleeps through the night now, which has been great, and naps often throughout the day.  Her little hands have been exploring her toys and is getting better at grabbing things (like her toys, pacifier, or my hair).  We have been having so much fun with our happy, playful baby!

3 Month Photo Session

A couple of weeks ago we had Olivia's pictures done at JC Penny.  We had a Groupon and got 3 poses on a CD as well as 2 11x13 prints for $25.  We've seen this Groupon come up before and we plan on doing her pictures at 6 and 9 months as well.  The only problem we had is that they are kind of slow.  Liv naps often, so I planned our photo session so that we would have enough time for her to wake up, eat, have a bath and do our session before she got sleepy again.  She was a happy camper when we arrived and was smiling at everyone, but they didn't get to us until 20-30 minutes after our scheduled appointment time and by then she was ready for a nap.  We didn't get through all of our poses before I let her lay down in my arms and she fell asleep immediately.  Hopefully next time they will be more on schedule, or my babe won't need naps every few hours.  Luckily she's adorable even when she's grumpy :)
